Leticia Pacios Gabaldón

Leticia Pacios Gabaldón is the Head of Well-being and Internal Management at De Pedraza, where she works to foster a positive work environment aligned with the firm’s values.

Convinced that employee well-being is key to business success, she designs and implements initiatives that help motivate and engage the team and drive career development.

A graduate of the International University of La Rioja’s executive program for chief happiness officers and certified in well-being for law firms by the Madrid Bar Association, Leticia is committed to innovation and continuous improvement in the employee experience.

Alba Sánchez Márquez

Alba Sánchez Márquez holds a degree in law and business administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid, where she also earned her master’s degree in legal practice and an expert’s diploma in property and corporate criminal law, making her well versed academically in the field of criminal law.

Through this specialization, she has developed in-depth knowledge of economic and corporate crimes, combining both theory and practice. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to criminal justice and client defense.

Passionate about justice and committed to the defense of her clients, she became a practicing member of the Madrid Bar Association in 2019.

Her remarkable dedication and strong work ethic are her trademarks. She approaches each case with rigor, strategy and professionalism.

With a solid background and experience in corporate criminal law, she is continually updating her knowledge to provide legal advice and representation with the highest level of knowhow and determination.

Adrián Viejo Mañanes

Adrián Viejo Mañanes earned his law degree from San Pablo CEU University and furthered his education with postgraduate studies in crime theory and corporate criminal law. He also spent time as a researcher at Georg-August Universität in Göttingen, Germany. In 2023 he obtained his Ph.D in law from the Complutensian University of Madrid, where he defended a dissertation that received the highest distinction, cum laude, from a unanimous panel and won him the university’s Extraordinary Doctorate Prize.

Specializing in corporate criminal law, he combines his practice with teaching. He is a professor at María Cristina Royal University College (RCU) and also teaches in several master’s degree programmes concerning legal practice, including the programs offered at the ISDE Higher Institute of Law and Economics and María Cristina Royal University College.

Committed to legal rigor and continuous learning, he combines professional practice with academia in order to offer the best advice to our clients and help train new lawyers.
